Return Process

Email our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Review Eligibility
Ensure items are in their original packaging; please note that for safety reasons, perishable goods and opened supplements may have specific restrictions.
- 3.Ship Your Return
Once your request is authorized, securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
